In 1963, Harry Hammet wanted to start a company that focused on excavation, so he formed Hammett Excavation. Today the company builds subdivisions with 200 to 800 house pads and digs landfill cells. Hammett Excavation also specializes in hauling equipment and aggregates. They have 5 heavy haul trucks and 14 dump trucks. This rig was built in memory of Harry Hammett who died from lung cancer in December 2018. The truck features charcoal gray and fire red, which were the two colors that Harry liked most. The interior of the real truck has a lot of detail and memories that the Hammett family cherishes. Some of our favorite details on this truck are the back-windshield graphic in memory of Harry Hammett and the oversized front wheels.
